If you know exactly where your art should be, just point the way and we'll take care of the rest. On the other hand, if you have a pile of frames you've been meaning to hang but have no idea where, we can help you find the best way to display them. Sometimes a fresh eye (and over two decades of curatorial experience!) is just what you need to finish that project.

Tools
A hammer and a tape measure go a long way, but sometimes you need something extra. Be it a stud finder or a hammer drill or a stairwell ladder, we've got it covered. Experience means having the tools needed for the jobs that require the exceptions to the rules. And on top of that, we'll always come with a vacuum, gloves and shoe covers to make sure no mess is left behind.
Not all hardware is created equal. There are different pros and cons to the numerous options of hanging solutions which may be on the back of your artwork. Do you need pictures in a public space to be secured to the wall? Are you worried about the weight of your oversized mirror? Are you concerned that the pictures in your children’s room may get knocked off the wall? Do you need the smallest amount of wall tampering possible? Are you worried about your pictures shifting around and becoming unlevel? There are different solutions to each of these concerns. Part of the installation process is making sure that your pictures are equipped with hardware that best suits your priorities. We will always provide the widest possible hanging solutions on hand.

Installation Fee
$100/HR (minimum 1 hour) for 1 installer
$180/HR for 2 installers

The installation fee applies towards all services Jake and Addison provide while on site. This includes any or all of the following:
Accepting delivery of artwork
Unpacking artwork
Arranging picture placement
Replacing/supplementing frame hardware when necessary*
Hanging Artwork
Frame touch-up
Cleaning glass/plexiglass and wiping down frames
Final level
*In rare instances, some artwork may require special or customized hanging solutions which may incur additional costs
Jobs that have oversized artwork or artwork that is going especially high may require 2 installers for the safety of both installers and artwork. Jobs in which artwork is going over stairs in a manner requiring a special stairwell ladder will require 2 installers.
No Destination Fees in the city of Chicago
Destination fees outside of Chicago vary according to location. Please inquire for specific charges.
